Spencer Drate and Judith Salavetz are award-winning creative directors, designers, authors, curators, and packagers specializing in music and pop culture books. Drate was a four-time Grammy judge (1989-1992) on the music packaging committee, co-designed the Grammy Award–nominated album package Talking Heads - Fear of Music (1979), and authored the first visual history book on the 45 Record Sleeve, 45 RPM, in 2002.
Combined, Salavetz and Drate have designed for such artists as U2, Lou Reed, The Velvet Underground, Leonard Cohen, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ramones, Talking Heads, The Pretenders, Beach Boys, Joan Jett, and Bon Jovi.
