In the past 6 months I have been to a crazy quilting retreat, a sew-a-thon for making basic sewing kit bags to take to Texas for Fire victims, and I will be conducting a Stash giveqway in Bastrop texas next week for the quilters and other needlewomen who lost their homes in last fall's wild fires near Bastrop, TX.

The only crafty events I've been to are scrapbooking classes & a scrapbooking retreat but that was years ago. I tried to attend Art is... In Petaluma, CA last year but couldn't afford to go. This year, I'm for sure signing up for a couple of classes at Artful Gathering. Thanks for the generous give-away!

I'm sorry to say we have not had any craft events in my area that I have been aware of. This weekend I'm going to the woman's fair and hopefully it will include some craft activities. Thanks for this opportunity. I love craft books.
