I love all things "smoked" so this recipe for smoked trout gougeres from the book The Minnesota Farmers Market Cookbook: A Guide to Selecting and Preparing the Best Local Produce with Seasonal Recipes from Local Chefs and Farmers sounds yummie! I do have to admit though I did have to look up "gougeres" to find out what they were, but I was pretty sure I was gong to love them based on the ingredients.
