I have shared before that it simply tickles me to no end when one thing is made from something completely unexpected. I have a fabulous example of just that today. It is the cable chain stitch from the book The Complete Photo Guide to Needlework. It looks just like a metal chain only in thread. (I did barbed wire back at this post on an ATC.)
