I have been asked to host a Make and Take to promote Laura McCabe's sparkly book:
Creating Crystal Jewelry with Swarovski: 65 Sparkling Designs with Crystal Beads and Stones
From Creative Publishing international
Well, let's just say I was thrilled. These designs are simply fabulous but not something that you can make fast so I had to put my thinking cap on and see what I could come up up with that crafters could make in a short period of time at a big trade show (with trade show lighting)

I took my inspiration from page 40 and 41 where Laura shows us how to make Crystal Burst Embellishments, and Crystal Drop Branch Fringe.
This is what I came up with:
To Make the far right Pair
You will need Swarovski beads:
2 #5040 Briolette Bead 8 mm Crystal (001)
2 #5040 6mm Crystal (001) Aurore Boreale (AB)
12 #5301 3mm Sapphire (206)
4 #5000 4mm Jet (280)
2 lengths of about 4 inches each of 28 gauge Wire
2 French earring wires
---------------
Step 1: Thread 3 -3mm sapphire beads onto one end of the wire.
Step 2: Twist to secure the branch.
Step 3: Snip off short end of excess of wire.
Step 4 Thread on 8 mm bead, a sapphire, a jet, a sapphire, a 6mm crystal, a sapphire and finally a jet bead onto the wire.
Step 5: Form a wrapped loop and trim off excess wire.
Step 6: Link onto French earring wire.
