My Valentine gift this year is a magnet. There are various images incased inside metal bottle caps with small dangling 1/2" - 1" tags containingg "love" words. Then there's a magnet on the back.
And thanks for the great book on beading.

Well, I am new to this site, but I think I will comment any way and I have an idea of what I want to make. This year I am feeling a sparkle theme coming on. It will be a 3-D card with a photo of my fionce and I inside of a heart. On the cover I want to add lots and lots of red glitter hearts and pearls, and Duckies. Or birdies. Not sure what company I will go with for the paper or anything, but I am sure my love with love it. Maybe I'll even get a picture of it.

I just started making cards. For valentines I'm giving my partner a home made card and inside telling him how much he means to me. nothing fancy with money being tight. But im sure that he will love it.

I made valentine serendipity kits out of recycled tea canisters. I filled them with papers and ephemera for two crafty friends. http://love2learn.typepad.com/wholelifemastery/2009/02/valentine-serendipity-kits.html
