I love the Andy Warhol style and that's where today's projects get their jumping off (the edge) point!

Scrapbook manufacturers offer products that fit into each of these popular styles: Contemporary, Retro, and Victorian. This book capitalizes on the versatility of these design periods, creating a stylish package that really captures and explores each look.
Scrapbookers are always looking for new inspirations. Currently, there are scrapbooking books on techniques, layouts, and themes, but there are no books that focus on particular styles. This series offers scrapbookers an in-depth style book containing a period overview, a samplings section that includes color palettes, papers, stamps, clip art and embellishments, and then a range of techniques, mini projects, and layouts, that all fit into the style theme. You will learn to successfully design pages that incorporate all the elements of each period, with clever style and flair.

Now onto my, I'm warning you, slightly twisted ATC"s inspired by this design:
I took two of my favorite packaging labels and combined them in a slightly snarky way. I made the one on the left first and then did the Peep Chicken soup one which every time I look at cracks me up! OK, I'm easy that way. The Goldfish ATC's off to the side were featured in this post.
Here they are close up from my scanner:

This leads me to today's question:
What is the most outrageous ATC or scrapbook page you've seen or made?

I LOVE these!! How much fun is this!! I'm off to the cupboard to see how much humor I can eek out of the pantry! Thanks for sharing these!! I recently used an (altered) fashion model clipped from a magazine holding a giant (altered) bear-shaped plastic bottle of honey in an art journal and thought that was a bit outrageous, but these altered labels are the ultimate!! Must go make some now!!

The coolest ATC I received contained a background photo of some colorful patterned knitting. Onto this background the artist attached a tiny sample swatch (1"x1") of patterned knitting with the knitting needles attached. The needles were made from round toothpicks (2"x2"). She must have actually done the knitting with these tiny needles.

These are just so neat! I may have to look in my cupboard. LOL. One of the most outrageous things i saw was a card made for a beef company and the cow was named Cheeseburger. =( They even had the cow online at one time so you could see it in the field! I think that was outrageous!! Thanks for sharing your art. HUGS
