Is this little fawn cute or what? I knew instantly when I started flipping through
Patterns and Ideas for 44 Stuffed Pets and Dolls That Fit in the Palm of Your Hand
this was going to be the first softie I was going to sew.
The patterns and directions to make this retro fawn softie were so easy to work with and follow.
First I made a copy of the patterns from Palm-Size Softies.
Then I cut all the pieces out of fabric.
All that was left to do was follow the sewing and assembly instructions (see below).
Want to make one yourself? Just click on the retro fawn and pony patterns and get sewing!
Assembly instructions:
Accessorize your softie with faux fur and a pom pom nose.

Too cute! This book is going on my wishlist at Amazon right now. I can see making slight adjustments to the sizes and making whole families of critters...

I have made several stuffies but I love the idea of them being smaller, palm sized ones. This little guy/gal is so adorable! I want to drop everything and make one right now!

There are two pictures of a pink, fleece bear; one on the front cover and one on an insert page...and the pattern isn't in the book! Wondering how that happened and thinking it should be offered to us.

I saw a trio of these that Jessica over on Happy Together made and just had to come and visit your site. Love these, they remind me of those hard-stuffed animals that you used to be able to buy at tourist shops.

Hi there. I would like to make this pattern myself and possibly sell the finished product in my shop. Can you let me know if this is allowed or if this pattern is intended specifically for personal use.
