Last week I posted a free cherub shooting hearts clip art from the book  Street Culture Book and CD. This week I picked this wonderful penguin clip art that I "heart" from another new book in the series  Marine Animals Book and CD.

This design idea involves a simple mirroring technique and scaling of the image.
