This tablescape of pencils etc. is a pic my coworker Mary A. took during Sarah's Fall 2010 SKETCHBOOK EXPLORATIONS class. The first few minutes of class were spent on a lakeside screened-in porch, and then we took our supplies and sketchbooks outdoors!
Here is a photo that Mary A. took in September 2010 of the very talented Mary Lawrence's glorious Craftside Journal! Mary's a fellow attendee who'd spent the year in between SAW 2009 and SAW 2010 really putting her journal to good use. She was so excited to show it to Mary A.!
And here is one final photo Mary A. sent to me of just about one of my all time favorite things: a cairn!
It never fails to amaze me how a pile of rocks always looks so cool.
