If you are a long time reader of Craftside you know we love to give stuff away, especially during the holidays. Well, this year is no exception. We have joined up with the fabulous peeps at Westcott and Duck Tape to put together a festive gift package that includes:
-A copy of Art Lab for Kids: 52 Creative Adventures in Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Paper, and Mixed Media-For Budding Artists of All Ages by Susan Schwake
-6 rolls of holiday themed Duck Tape
-1 Westcott Pink Cushion Grip Hobby Knife with Assorted Blade Shapes
- 5" Westcott Non Stick Pink Scissors
- Pink Cheetah Scissor Holster
Giveaways aren't all I have to share with you today. I also have a fun idea to share with you that was inspired by Art Lab for Kids: 52 Creative Adventures in Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Paper, and Mixed Media-For Budding Artists of All Ages.
I have a stash of gift boxes. Some have logos on them some are plain. Can I tell you how easy and quick it was to dress up (wrap) these gift boxes with the Duck Tape? I did it Hollywood wrapping style by just applying the Duck Tape to the lids. I am also contemplating making this an advent callender. I just need to round up a few more boxes and #s.
Good luck and we'll see you back here on the runway! Oh sorry, that's Project Runway.....
I love the blogs, and honestly, Craft Gossip is the best (someone is already "screening" and finding the projects for me! :)

I like my Facebook home news feed page for inspiration, and I read other craft, knitting, and stiching blogs for inspiration as well.

I can spend hours on Pinterest but I also love Ravelry. I read a lot of blogs, mostly knitting but also lots of blogs that talk about paper crafting.

I love Craft Gawker, Pinterest, and individual blogs. There are so many I check each day, it's hard to name one.

I'm a knitter so my favorite site for inspiration is Ravelry.

My favorite place for crafting inspiration in Craft Gossip!

Oh my gosh! Decisions, decisions! Depending on how much time I have to create, and the supplies I have on hand- lately most inspiration comes from Pinterest.

I like craftgossip.com - though I am primarily a quilter, I dabble in other areas and love the variety that they feed me on a daily basis - a steady diet of "eye candy" and ideas!
