Knit Gingham Plaid pattern from the book The Complete Photo Guide to Knitting by Margaret Hubert

Plaid is my favorite pattern (I even consider it my favorite color when asked) so when I saw this gingham pattern from The Complete Photo Guide to Knitting I was just tickled! And with so many of you snowed in I thought a new knit pattern might just be in order!

What is your favorite leaf (real or crafted)?

Mine are Dusty Miller with a close second being fall maple leaves. The Dusty Miller because I love the idea of a leaf being so soft and fuzzy. The fall maple leaves just because the color range is just spectacular.
